Research Themes
We are interested in stochastic search and optimization algorithms, which are often population based and typically derivative-free. We investigate aspects like local convergence, global search properties, noise in the objective function, adaptivity.
Recent Activities
We are currently co-organizing the upcoming Evolutionary Multiobjective Optimization (EMO) session at the
MCDM'2011 conference in Jyväskylä, Finland in June 2011. You are kindly invited to submit a short abstract if you want to talk about your work combining MCDM and EMO!
Applications
We are always interested in good candidates for internship, master thesis, or PhD. Please send an application to Anne DOT Auger AT inria DOT fr. A few internship topics are available
here.
